Definition

This is the amount that manufacturer/ supplier has to recover from distributor/ reseller. This amount has become due because the distributor/ reseller earlier received a ship-and-debit claim to compensate it for loss of margin on reselling at lower than normal price. Now, some of the resold material has been returned by the resale customer. Therefore, the distributor/ reseller has to return the claim amount corresponding to the return quantity.
