Definition
The SWIFT code is the international and unique address of a bank.
Select this field if you wish to use the SWIFT code as the bank key. The relevant data is also entered in the bank number field in the bank master data, if this data is contained in the imported file. If you wish to use the SWIFT code as the bank key, you must have entered the value 4 (external assignment) for the bank key in the country table. Check the Customizing settings for the countries whose bank data is to be imported.
