Definition
Idle time of the scheduler in seconds
The scheduler idle time determines the maximum amount of time for which the scheduler can be inactive. If there is no unit waiting for processing, the scheduler remains rolled out for the duration of the scheduler idle time. If a unit becomes runnable in the system while the scheduler is rolled out, it immediately becomes active, and does not wait for the entire scheduler idle time to pass.
You need to choose a value larger than 60 seconds for the scheduler idle time.
