Definition
Asset super number to which an asset is to be assigned.
More than one asset can be assigned to an asset super number (e.g. asset group, production line). This can be necessary for the following purposes:
- The assets of an asset group can be evaluated together (Reporting).
- You can create an asset group as a master record and manage general data at asset group level. Note, that you cannot evaluate the assets of an asset group at asset super number level.
