Definition
This is the post-tax contribution that the employee contributes to the plan. It is expressed as a number of units. The number of units is valid for the period defined here.
Employee contributions however, may not start simultaneously with the pre-tax contributions:
- At regular enrollment, an employee can choose to start post-tax contributions, once the pre-tax limit has been reached.
- At standard enrollment, this choice is pre-defined in the IMG in the standard plans.
The value of the unit is defined on the plan itself.
