Definition
This is the percentage of post-tax income that the employee contributes the plan. The employee contributes this during every bonus payroll run.
Employee contributions however, may not start simultaneously with the pre-tax contributions:
- At regular enrollment, an employee can choose to start post-tax contributions, once the pre-tax limit has been reached.
- At standard enrollment, this choice is pre-defined in the IMG in the standard plans.
