Definition
This is the post-tax contribution that the employee contributes to the savings plan. It is expressed as a flat amount.
It is the amount the employee contributes, every pay period. However, this may not start simultaneously with the pre-tax contributions. During enrollment, an employee may choose to start post-tax contributions, once the pre-tax limit has been reached.
