Here you can enter the criteria according to which the postings are to be distributed to documents.

Permissible values are:

Value ! Meaning -----+-------------------------------------------------------
BU ! One document is created per company code
WE ! One document is created per company code/personnel area
KS ! One document is created per company code/personnel area/cost
center

Use

You can use this option to control how the documents for each posted object are split.

Documents can be split according to the:

• company code
• account assignment object

  (cost center, order, etc.)

Please note that documents are also split at a higher level according to the payroll period and posting date/period, irrespective of the entry in this field.
