Documentation
Definition
Supplementary Documentation - BEGUZ 0001
Use
You can enter the start time of a substitution record in this field.
A substitution with individually defined daily work schedule (also known as a time substitution) overwrites the employee's work schedule.
This is not the case if you also enter a position. You can then record substitutions on an hourly basis that do not overwrite the employee's work schedule.
Supplementary Documentation - BEGUZ 0002
Use
You enter the start time of the availability record in this field.
The times specified are interpreted differently according to the availability type. They are generally valid for each day within the validity period. For on call, however, the times specify the start and end times of the period of on call duty.
Procedure
Examples
1. Time interval
Validity period: 02.01.1996 - 04.01.1996
Times: 10:00 - 17:00
The employee has availability duty on each day of the specified interval from 10:00 - 17:00.
2. On call
Validity period: 05.01.1995 - 08.01.1995
Times: 17:00 - 08:00
The employee is on call at the weekend from 17:00 on Friday until 08:00 on Monday.
