Only single-day records are permitted.

The times may be predefined, depending on the settings made when the system was customized, but they can be overwritten.

If the time unit is days, you cannot make entries in these fields.

You want a quota to be deducted from 16:00 through 18:00 only.

Absence quota: non-working shift entitlement from 16:00 through 18:00.

Attendance quota: overtime approval from 16:00 through 18:00.
