Definition
The start date is the date from which the object is examined. Any object data that refers to times before the start date is not considered, and cannot be displayed or changed.
If the field is left blank, then the object will be examined over its entire life cycle.
We generally recommend specifying a start date in order to achieve better performance and display clarity.
