Use
In the Override Requirement infotype (1040), use this field to identify a special type of staffing requirement called an exception. An exception overrides the normal staffing requirements that have been established. Exceptions are used when no staff are required because, for example, there is a public or religious holiday, and operations are shut down.
Your company may define numerous "exceptions" when you set up staffing requirements.
You cannot apply exceptions in Organization and Planning. Any type of maintenance must be performed in the Shift Planning module of PD.
