Definition
Percentage share of a lower-level basic booking unit in a combined booking unit if the booking unit is to be divided for settlement:
- Division for settlement
- Division for settlement (ad spec-dependent)
- Division for settlement (schedule line-dependent)
This is used for the quantity update in the contract.
Use
If the contract for a combined booking unit is fulfilled by several billing datasets (that have been produced by the division for settlement indicator), specifying the booking unit share will ensure that only this share of the quantity in the order will be updated. (e.g. 0.4 pages instead of 1 page for 40% booking unit share).
Dependencies
A target number of gross impressions is divided using these percentage rates if billing datasets for an online item are exploded into basic booking units. This affects settlement of target gross impressions. This division is of no relevance to settlement of actual gross impressions recorded.
