For an inbound message, status notifications are sent in accordance with the sender's request.
You can override the sender's requests with the following settings:
- In case of error: Status notifications are sent in general if errors occur, regardless of what the sender requested.
- Never: Status notifications are never sent, regardless of what the sender requested.
