Use
The drawing level enables you to specify whether a graphic element that is overlapped by another graphic element should be visible or hidden.

Dependencies
The higher the drawing level, the higher the priority of the graphic element. This means that if two graphic elements overlap, where graphic element 1 has drawing level 1 and graphic element 2 has drawing level 2, then the second graphic element is brought up front and is therefore always visible.
