Definition
Indicates whether the graphic element stays fixed while you move the graphic object to which it belongs with drag and drop.
Drag and drop moves all non-fixed graphic elements of the graphic object. While they are being moved, the system displays the non-fixed graphic objects as a phantom object.
Notes
The application program determines whether the graphic object remains in its original position or in its new position after you have finished oving it. Fixed graphic elements can also be moved to a new position.
