If this indicator is set, a notification of the change made to the budget billing amounts of a budget billilng plan is sent to the customer.
If the indicator is not set, no change notification is sent to the customer. PLEASE NOTE: the changed budget billing amounts must be printed immediately; it is not possible to print them at a later point in time.
