Documentation
Definition
This field allows you to control whether the requirement elements from the sales agent contract requirements are loaded once - within a transaction - from the database and stored in the memory, or whether they are read from the database with each access.
Use
By setting the relevant values accordingly, you can improve sales agent determination performance considerably.
Please note that importing requirement elements in the memory means that changes made to sales agent contracts for particular sales areas which occur after the requirements have been imported, will only be effective when the requirement elements have been imported again.
Procedure
Check to see whether frequent changes to sales agent contracts are having an adverse effect on the loading of requirement elements.
If this is not the case, you should ascertain for each sales area which variants, loading or not loading, give you the best response times.
If you specify that elements are to be loaded, you use the Load requirement elements for each transaction locally indicator in the client-specific settings for the order to determine whether data is loaded for each transaction or for each application server.
