Definition

The document class determines the storage location of a document in the Knowledge Provider. Possible values for this parameter are the names of the defined content models.

A content model is a definition for documents that have the same structure. For more information on content models, see the documentation for the "Document Modeling Workbench" and "Knowledge Provider".

To find the document class of the record, execute the activity Information for the record. Position the cursor on the uppermost node in the record, open the context menu (right click), and choose Information:. The value for the document class is displayed.

You can also use the Information activity for a record node in the Records Organizer.
