Ensures that the contents of the checkbox with unrestricted use are correct.
Use
The checkbox with unrestricted use is part of the additional data and the additional information for the business partner.
With the additional data you can define your own attributes for the business partner as fields with unrestricted use (that can be specified in Customizing), user-defined text fields, and checkboxes according to user.
With the additional information you can define your own attributes for the business partner and categorize them as information types with corresponding checkboxes, text fields, and date fields according to user.
Dependencies
You can define the checkboxes for the additional data in the Customizing for the SAP Business Partner for Financial Services in the IMG Activity Define Type for Additional Data by choosing Settings for Financial Services-> General Settings-> Enhancement Options-> Additional Data.
You can process checkboxes for additional information in Customizing for the SAP Business Partner for Financial Services in the IMG activity Set Information Category by choosing Settings for Financial Services -> General Settings -> Enhancement Options -> Additional Information.
Example
You have defined the checkbox Visit from Representative Desired in Customizing. If the business partner permits visits from representatives, set the indicator.
