Definition
Indicates how the respective transactions are handled in the balance sheet display. Asset transactions represent claims by the bank against the customers, and liability transactions represent amounts due to the customers.
Use
In the Business Object Total Commitment, both amounts are represented separately, as assets cannot simply be offset against liabilities.
