Use
This field contains the payment amount of the security transaction converted into local currency. The amount is calculated using the nominal amount and the exchange rate.
The exchange rate for the translation is taken by default from the currency table. You can overwrite this rate with another in the Exchange Rate field.

Use
The amount in local currency which changes the position is the local currency amount calculated from the payment amount and the exchange rate.

The amount in local currency producing a change in the position depends on the payment amount and the exchange rate.
In this case, the calculation is made using the current exchange rate from the currency table, if this is available.
The calculated amount which changes the position can be overwritten, if necessary. If this is the case, the existing exchange rate is not taken into account.
Alternatively, the exchange rate can be changed. The system redetermines the amount which changes the position and updates it accordingly.
