Definition

External Identification of a Mass Run

Use

The external identification clearly and unmistakably identifies application logs, counters, and settlement data generated in the mass run.

Dependencies

When you enter an external identification, lower-case letters are converted into upper-case letters.

If you do not transfer an external identification for the mass run, the program uses an external identification from a number range.

When you select an application log (from the SAP Easy Access Menu under Account Management -> Logs) enter the application type and the external identification you assign here in the parameter External Identification using upper-case letters.
