This is the starting date of the business-related validity of an object. Using this date you can restrict the quantity of change documents being displayed.

If you do not enter a value, the system enters 00.00.0000 as selection value in the field.

Dependencies

If the Validity Handling indicator is set, the system only displays the change documents whose object's validity starts and ends in the period Validity Start Date - Validity End Date.

If the Validity Handling indicator is not set, the system only displays the change documents whose object's validity starts or ends in the period Validity Start Date - Validity End Date.
