To reduce the output list you have the option of hiding the change documents resulting from new creations or deletions.

Dependencies

If you choose No Default, the standard set-up is such that change documents for new creations or deletions are not displayed. However, if the system otherwise selects no change documents, it displays the change documents for new creations or deletions anyway.
