Definition
Indicator: Active/not active
Normally, the difference between the d a y s to be paid and those already paid has a direct effect on the amount of the special payment.
If the payment includes an adjustment, the amount of the special payment is based on the difference between the a m o u n t s paid.
For new employees, you can enter an adjustment irrespective of the entries for general payments.
Example
Even if the total claim to special payment has already been settled by the time payment is made (number of days claimed = number of days paid), a certain amount may still be outstanding (e.g. due to an increase in basic pay).
Input values
Permissible values are 'X'=active and 'BLANK'=not active
