Definition
Average number of workdays per forecast period.
The system:
- Corrects the historical values using this average number of workdays.
- Runs the forecast based on the actual number of workdays in the forecast period.
Examples
Your forecast period is "month", and you want the forecast to be run on the assumption that the number of workdays in each month is 20. You therefore enter 20 in this field. The results are as follows:

Dependencies
You specify the forecast period in the Period ind. field on this screen. The forecast period need not be the same as the storage periodicity that is set in Customizing (Set parameters of info structures and key figures).
