Definition

A distinction is made between the following availability
statuses
:

  • Status 0: Employee is not available
    This status is based on
    • Breaks
    • Recorded absences (infotype 2001)
    • Special attendances (for example, attending a course)
This availability status is determined when attendance and
absence types are customized in the Implementation Guide (IMG).
  • Status 1: Employee is available
This status indicates skeleton time (fill time, core time) without breaks.
  • Status 2: Overtime exists for the employee
This status indicates that this time is not documented for the employee

and is outside of his or her planned working time (skeleton time). Any work done during this time is usually overtime.

  • Status 3: Employee is available on-call.
The employee is available, but a time delay will exist before he or she
can begin work. This status appears if an employee's availability
duty is customized as "on-call" in the IMG.
