Definition
In this parameter, you specify the month in which the wage statement was created.
The parameter thus specifies the period in which the 'current' payroll results were created for the report. You usually specify the period of the last payroll run.
Example:
- Payroll area 01 (industrial workers): January payroll run on Feb. 5
- Payroll area 02 (salaried employees): February payroll run on Feb. 15
- Wage statement is created on February 18.
In this case, enter '01' as the period for this wage statement. The wage statement is then created from the January payroll period perspective.
If you do not make an entry in this field, retroactive accounting is not taken into account in the evaluation period. In this case, December of the evaluation year is the current period for this wage statement.
