Documentation
Definition
Specifies a code defined by the tax authority that must be submitted by the company. It denotes a type of employee and determines the tax calculation for this type of employee.
Use
The No wage statement (888) code has been created in the SAP standard system for cases where no annual statement and wage return needs to be created for the corresponding person.
As a withholding agent, you are responsible for the correct use of this code.
Note
You can use these indicators only for the whole payroll period.
Dependencies
- If a Special Employee Group has been selected, the Conversion Rule and Calculation Table fields may not be filled.
- Exception: For the Special Employee Groups 226 to 228 the Conversion Rule and Calculation Table fields must be filled. The corresponding Special Employee Group will then be derived automatically in the wage return.
