Use
Depending on the application area, the issue date is used as follows:
- As the document date in documents (for example, for dunning charges and interest on arrears)
- For checking (for example, the dunning frequency)
- The issue date of correspondence (for example, for contract and account statements)
Note for the industry solution component Public Sector Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable
When you create incoming correspondence you can define an issue date. The system offers the current date as default value.
