The extra pay indicator controls how the basis of valuation is
interpreted.
- blank: The amount specified in the Valuation basis/hour
field defines the valuation basis of the record. - + : The valuation basis of the record is increased by the
value specified in the Valuation basis/hour field. - - : The valuation basis of the record is reduced by the
value specified in the Valuation basis/hour field.
