Example

All Business Transaction Events (BTE) that are related by subject matter are assigned to selection attribute category A (application component). However, ifthere are BTEs for Business Application Programming Interfaces (BAPIs),these special BTEs are created, structured according to selection attribute category B (business object).

  1. Make the following settings in table TBEST:
    1. Create all application components in the selection attribute type for selection attribute category A,
    2. Create all business objects for selection attribute category B.
  2. Assign every individual BTE in the following tables, separated accordingly.
    1. Process BTE: TPS02
    2. Publish&Subscribe BTE: TBE02
