Documentation
Definition
If the indicator is set, the process can be started without specifying a start object.
If the indicator is not set, the process cannot be started until a start object has been specified.
Use
Dependencies
The control of a start application with regard to a start object to be specified is realized using the process groups. Process groups can be defined for which a process start is performed without a start object. Only processes for which the indicator is set here accordingly are then displayed when the start application is executed. In the same way, in a start application for which a start object is obligatory, only those processes are displayed for which the indicator is not set here.
Example
Personnel Administration processes usually must be started by specifying a personnel number. However, hiring processes are started without a personnel number. The indicator must be set for the hiring processes.
