Definition
This field shows the arrears in which the employee is to date with payments for this specific court order.
Depending on the level of the employee's protected earnings, his or her attachable earnings in a particular pay period may not be sufficient to deduct the court order payment. If this is the case, this amount is carried forward to the next payroll period.
