Definition
If you choose this option, the write program of the XML archiving object is executed in the test mode. This means that the write process is only simulated and that no resources are actually created in the XML DAS. The simulation is based on your selection criteria and on other archiving-object-specific archivability checks.
The statistics produced by this process contain, among other information, the number of resources that would be written if the program were to be executed in the production mode.
