Definition

If this field is provided on the selection screen, you can restrict the selection of the archiving sessions whose administrative data is to be transferred to those with a suitable status. The following statuses are available:

• Archiving Sessions with Errors
• Incomplete Archiving Sessions
• Complete Archiving Sessions
• Snapshots
• Data Destruction Runs
• Reloaded Runs
• Runs Created by Reloads
• Replaced Archiving Sessions
• Invalid Archiving Sessions
• Runs with Archiving Flag

Use

If a system is decommissioned, archiving sessions that do not have any archiving data (Archiving Sessions with Errors, Data Destruction Runs) and archiving sessions that are explicitly marked as not relevant in the legacy system (Invalid Archiving Sessions, Runs with Archiving Flag, Replaced Archiving Sessions) can in most cases be excluded from the transfer process.
