Use
The status is assigned by the system depending on the step within the archiving procedure that you have already performed for the archiving group.
Dependencies
Example
After the Assign personnel numbers step has been performed, the archiving group is assigned the Personnel numbers assigned status. You can no longer change all of the archiving group's characteristics, just the archiving date and retroactive accounting limit.
