Documentation
Definition
Key identifying the work center.
Supplementary Documentation - ARBPL 0001
Use
If you allocate a work center to an interval then this interval will be taken into account when calculating the operating time.
Supplementary Documentation - ARBPL 0002
Use
Dependencies
If you have not entered a capacity or a capacity category, enter a work center to select a work center capacity.
Supplementary Documentation - ARBPL 0003
Use
You can select work centers for the line hierarchy and then insert them as line segments.
Dependencies
If you want to create a line balance for a production line, you should choose work centers that have the the same standard value key. Only so can you move operations to other line segments in the line balance.
Supplementary Documentation - ARBPL 0004
Use
This is about the work center from production planning that is represented by this technical object (for example, the equipment).
This linkage can be used to display the work center commitment due to a maintenance task in capacity planning in the Production Planning and Control (PP) component. Capacity load records are created for this work center. For more information, see Customizing for plant condition and information about the usage of the plant condition in the header of the maintenance order.
Dependencies
Example
Supplementary Documentation - ARBPL 0010
Use
If a work center has been entered for the curremt technical object, a capacity requirement for the PP work center is generated for an order with the operating status set up in Customizing.
You enter the operating status in the header screen of the order.
Supplementary Documentation - ARBPL 2410
Definition
Key identifying a work center.
Use
You can maintain a work center and a calendar for the relationship. Scheduling uses this data when determining the dates.
Supplementary Documentation - ARBPL 3000
Definition
Identifies a line hierarchy
Use
You use line hierarchies to structure production lines. You can Fsubdivide the work ceneters in a line via as many hierarchy levels as you like into line sections. The name of the line hierarchy is determined by the work center that is on the top level of the hierarchy.
Dependencies
Example
Supplementary Documentation - ARBPLREF 0001
Use
All of the work center data as well as the resource data in the MPX file are copied when you use a work center as a reference.
