Documentation
Definition
Every query sub-list (basic list, statistic, ranked list) can have its own page footer consisting of footer lines.
Footer lines contain text that appears at the end of each page. When you scroll the list horizontally, they do not move.
The number of footer lines is unrestricted, but the number of page header and page footer lines must be smaller than number of lines per page. When printing or processing in the background, you should note that the number of lines is not determined until processing time and consequently cannot be checked when you define the query. If, in such a case, the number of lines chosen is too small, the query processing is terminated.
To insert or delete a footer line, place the cursor on the appropriate line and select Insert line or Delete line in the Edit menu or press the appropriate function keys.
Blank footer lines are not displayed. If you do not require any footer lines for a list, just leave the footer lines blank.
If you want footer lines, set up the required number of lines and enter the texts you want to be displayed in the page footer. You can modify these texts at processing time using the values of any fields. Here, the same rules apply as for headings in the page header.
For information about maintaining the page header, place the cursor on a heading or column heading (or on a line in the Line structure area) and use the Help function.
