Definition

To define color specifications for lines and columns (fields), you assign terms which contain the actual meaning of the different colors according to the SAP standard.

There is a short text and a long text for each color term. The current screen always displays the short text. You can view the associated long texts by pressing the possible entries key and calling the relevant function and on the subsequent selection screen.

You always select a term using the possible entries key.

Supplementary Documentation - AQ_LCOLOR 0150

Use

Procedure

The color specification in this field defines the color used to output a particular field in the list.

Normally, a field has the same color specification as the line where it appears. This is expressed by a special term (line color). If this term is assigned to a field, any change you make to the color specification for the line also affects the color specification for the field.

If you want to specify a color for the field that differs from the color specification for the line, enter the color term here (using the possible entries key). If you want to cancel one of these definitions, i.e. in order to reassign the color specification for the line, you can use the possible entries key to choose an appropriate term.
