Use
The additional file is not linked to an application in the document info record, and cannot therefore be edited from the document info record. The additional file only contains the data accessed by the application in which the original file is created.
Examples
If your original file is a text file, for example, you can also enter the style sheet and graphics files which are linked to the original file.
Dependencies
As the additional file is linked to the original file, certain functions you call for the original file are executed automatically for the additional file.
