Definition
Specifies whether the appraisal is an individual or multisource appraisal. Different numbers of appraisals are created, depending on the appraisal type used:
- If the appraisal is an individual appraisal, only one appraisal is created.
- If the appraisal is a multisource appraisal, several appraisals are created and an overall appraisal is generated from these.
Use
The following types of appraisal are available:
Individual appraisal
One or more appraisers appraise one or more objects. Only one appraisal is created.
Anonymous individual appraisal
One or more appraisers appraise one or more objects. Only one appraisal is created. No information is stored on the appraiser(s).
Multisource appraisal
Several appraisers each appraise one or more objects. Each of these appraisers creates a separate appraisal. An overall appraisal is generated from these so-called subappraisals.
Anonymous multisource appraisal
Several appraisers each appraise one or more objects. Each of these appraisers creates a separate appraisal. An overall appraisal is generated from these so-called subappraisals. No information is stored on the appraiser(s).
