Use

Select this flag to prevent appraisers from editing the result.
Various scenarios are possible:

• A result is calculated. The appraiser cannot edit this result.
• A result is not calculated (calculation method "Manual" is selected). The appraiser cannot enter a result. The appraisal element is not given a rating.
  Note
  This setting really only applies to criteria (and qualifications at the criterion level) if a note has been stored. In this case, the No note flag must not be selected.
