Specifies that the result for the appraisal element in question is not calculated by the system, but determined by the appraiser instead.

Use

Note
You can only specify a calculation method if you have specified a scale.

The various scenarios possible are as follows:

• Required entry        The input field is ready for input.
                          The appraiser must enter a result.
• Optional entry        The input field is ready for input.
                          The appraiser can (but does not have to) enter a result.
• No entry        The input field is not ready for input.
                  It is not possible for the appraiser to enter a result.
  
                      Note
                      This setting really only applies to
                      criteria (and qualifications at the
                      criterion level) if a note has been stored. In
                      this case, the "No note" flag must not be
                      selected.
