Definition

The offset time for non-dailies (e.g. monthly magazines) for all insertions in the order item defines the time of the current day to which the time offset days for non-dailies for inserts are valid when determining the closing date for changes to orders. If this time is past, the following day is used as the basis for determining the closing date.

If you do not enter any separate specifications for insertions, the specifications for the carrying publication also apply to all inserts.

e.g.: Offset days: 7 days
Offset time: 16:00:00

On the 13th of the month at 15:30, the closing date for all insertions for this non-daily is the 20th of the month (13 + 7 = 20).
On the same day at 16:30, the closing date for all insertions is the 21st of the month because the offset time is already past for that day.
