Definition
Defines the end of the validity period for the change number.
Maintenance of objects on this change number only affects the period between the 'valid to' and 'valid from' dates.
If the number is a daily change number, the 'valid to' date cannot be maintained. In this case the 'valid to' date is the same as the 'valid from' date.
