ORACLE:
For the analysis methods E, EH, EI and EX, the following sample sizes are permissible:
P<p>: <p> Prozent of the table entries are used to update the statistics.
R<r>: <r> thousand entries of the table are used to update the statistics.
DB2/390:
Percentage of the data records in a table, used for statistics for non- indexed columns (option SAMPLE in DB2 utility RUNSTATS).
This field is not used for INFORMIX and ADABAS.
