Mark this option to have the alert monitor warn you if there are large differences in the universal time stamps associated with performance data from different application servers or components.

Such differences indicate that the system time in one or more of the servers or components is wrong and should be corrected. The time stamp check takes into account differences in the time zones in which servers are running.

If the universal time stamps in performance data are inconsistent, then the performance data displayed in the alert monitor is likely to be incorrect. For example, the data from servers with incorrect system times will distort the smoothed performance values presented in the alert monitor.
