Definition
Use these radio buttons to specify:
- Whether a method is assigned to the MTE class.
An MTE class represents the general properties and method assignments shared by a particular group of monitoring tree elements. If the values reported to the monitoring architecture for an MTE class trigger an alert, the system executes the method that is assigned to the MTE class.
- Whether no method should be executed.
If the values reported to the monitoring architecture for an MTE class trigger an alert, the system does not execute any method.
- Whether the method assigned to the "parent" MTE should be executed.
If a method is assigned to the MTE class and not to an individual MTE, the system uses the method that is assigned to the class of the superior MTE in the tree.
